1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fg66f ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms are written in English. 2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all associated balances will be withheld pending investigation, and access to the platform will be permanently denied.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all fg66f players:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access fg66f's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one fg66f account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fg66f reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or void balances, and disqualify any pending bonus claims.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg66f login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fg66f strongly recommends enabling two-step SMS verification, available free of charge from the account security settings. fg66f will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

You must notify the fg66f support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. fg66f accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials or failed to notify fg66f promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fg66f operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address — before a withdrawal can be processed, or at any time at fg66f's discretion. Verification documents must be current, legible, and match the information provided during registration. fg66f reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fg66f platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg66f does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer and card are subject to the limits published in the payment section of the platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your fg66f account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. fg66f is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review and withdrawal hold.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. fg66f aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the platform, which varies by payment method. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.

fg66f reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

fg66f offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived balances remain non-withdrawable. fg66f reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if a player attempts to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of issue. Bonus funds and associated free spins that have not been used — or wagering requirements that have not been completed — within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. fg66f does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fg66f takes a firm position on bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-house-edge games to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, placing hedging bets to circumvent wagering conditions, or participating in coordinated abuse with other players, constitute a breach of these Terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, fg66f reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account without notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the fg66f platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the relevant game rules.

Virtual games on the fg66f platform utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG certification ensures that each game result is statistically independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live casino titles sourced from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers operate under those providers' own certification and audit frameworks.

6.1 Void Bets and Technical Errors

Specific rules governing market settlement, void conditions, postponements, and in-play betting are available in the sports betting rules section of the platform. In the absence of sport-specific rules, fg66f's general sporting rules apply and fg66f's settlement decision is final.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

fg66f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity fraud.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Collusion, cheating, or use of automated betting software.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fg66f will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required for reinstatement, where reinstatement is possible. Where an account is permanently closed for cause, fg66f reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the player via a supported payment method.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their fg66f account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. A voluntarily closed account can only be reopened upon submission of a formal written request and completion of a re-verification process, subject to fg66f's approval.
